Box Lunches
Box lunches include your choice of sandwich or salad, one side, one dessert, and soda. All sandwiches include cheese, mayo and Dijon mustard packs. Additional sides are $1.50 per person. All boxes and hot meals can also be prepared buffet style, including disposable platters, serving utensils, plates, forks, and napkins (beverages additional). Hot meals require a 15-person minimum and 48-hour notice. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted unless other arrangements have been made. Please call Carlisle 1 day prior to your delivery day for box lunches, with a minimum of 15 orders.
Delivery Fees and Guidelines
Delivery fees are based on the Richmond metro area, outside this area may incur additional charges.
- Delivered between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.= $25.00
- Delivered before 8:30 a.m. = $50.00
- After 5:00 p.m. = $50.00
Minimum Order of Box Lunches: 15 boxes
Please call to confirm for weekend deliveries, pricing may vary. To customize bags with a specific side, dessert and customer name, a $1.00 charge per box will be added.
Specialty Sandwiches
- Veggie Supreme: grilled Portobella mushrooms, roasted red peppers, provolone, fresh basil on foccacia bread with a spicy herb mayo
- Turkey Talk: smoked turkey breast, hummus, banana peppers, feta cheese, black olives, lettuce, tomato sprinkled with vinaigrette dressing
- Chunky Chicken: tarragon chicken salad with diced apples, English walnuts on fresh Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato Grilled Chicken
- Chicken Breast: grilled with provolone, bacon, lettuce, tomato
- Veggie Roll: sundried tomato wrap enveloping tomatoes, feta, fresh vegetables
- Club: smoked turkey, baked ham, American cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato on a sub roll
- Crabcake Sandwich: lightly sautéed lump cake on a Kaiser roll with dill pickle tartar sauce
Gourmet Salads
- Tuna Plate: fresh cucumbers, celery, carrots, garnish a scoop of tuna salad with sliced French baguette
- Chicken Salad Plate: fresh cucumbers, celery, carrots, garnish a scoop of chicken salad with sliced French baguette
- Pasta Plate Al Fresco: linguine tossed with sesame oil, oriental vegetables, nuts
- Pasta Plate Pollo: with grilled chicken
- Hawaiian Chicken: chunky chicken salad served in a pineapple wedge with tropical fruit
- Chef Salad: traditional garden fresh greens with ham, turkey, American and Swiss cheese topped with eggs, red onion
- Spinach Salad: fresh leaf spinach topped with sliced strawberries, walnuts, crisp bacon and egg
- Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce topped with homestyle croutons and our creamy dressing
- Caesar Salad: available with grilled chicken or steamed shrimp

- Lasagna Luncheon: fresh vegetable or meat lasagna, tossed greens, Italian bread, cookies
- Southern Supper: crispy fried chicken, ham biscuits, soft rolls and potato salad, brownies
- Bannister’s Barbeque: the “real stuff“ — pulled pork barbeque, coleslaw, potato salad, sesame seed buns, brownies
