Over the years, Carlisle’s reputation for service and taste inspired Ethyl Corporation to open a full-service restaurant in their corporate headquarters managed exclusively by Carlisle‘s team. Since then, palate-pleasing success spurred the opening of two more locations as sole food service provider for Massey Energy and Estes Trucking. This constant preparation of varying menus for a vast clientele equips Carlisle to handle nearly any size event: from the corporate box-lunch meeting, to the 100-guest Grand Opening, to thousands of attendees at International Galas.
